The Chicago Police Department is investigating a Facebook Live video showing a tortured man held hostage by a group of people.
Chicago police officers responded to a residence on the 3300 block of W. Lexington at 5:26 p.m. on Tuesday where they found a disoriented man walking on the street, police said.
Police searched through the damaged property and discovered signs of struggle possibly linked to the victim.
Police said they are questioning suspects as the investigation remains ongoing. No charges have been filed.
The victim can be seen on camera crying and with what appears to be tape on his mouth. One man then grabbed him as the group shouted “Donald Trump” in the background.
The victim was hospitalized for his injuries and was listed in stable condition, police said.

It should have said...a man being tortured. Has this even been on the news today? I haven't watched TV, but did not hear anything about it on the radio.

The disturbed man? I’m hearing that this guy is a special needs person, and these filthy animals knew it. How about we burn down Chicago on the next windy night? That’s what would happen if this was white people doing this. The whole city would be burning down.
It’s two men and two women, and they’re in custody. They’re trying to figure out what to charge them with. It should be a hate crime and whole bunch of other stuff including terrorism.
