As Barack Obama began preparing to leave office, the first smartphone-toting U.S. president ordered his team to upgrade the White Houses aging technology for his successor. New computers were purchased and faster internet was installed.
Not included in the modernization plans? A courier service.
But that delivery method of a bygone era may be in for a comeback under Donald Trump. Despite his voracious use of Twitter, the president-elect appears to be leaning toward old tech to ensure the security of sensitive messages.
Its very important, if you have something really important, write it out and have it delivered by courier, the old-fashioned way, because Ill tell you what: no computer is safe, Trump told reporters Saturday in response to questions about Russias alleged hacking of Democrats during the presidential election. Trump, who doesnt email or surf the internet, said days earlier that computers have complicated lives very greatly.

Don’t write it: say, smile, wink.
He should get rid of everything.
The AP will bash everything Trump does. They are nothing but left wing propaganda.

Having an Amazon Alexa in the White House isn’t an advancement.
Martin Michael Lomasney, Ward Boss of Boston’s Ward Eight, speaking on the importance of discretion: “Never write if you can speak; never speak if you can nod; never nod if you can wink.”
Probably had it set up so he could have access....
AND A PHONE.
You see, when you need to hide clandestine dealings, you need clandestine email accounts on servers in somebody’s bathroom. When you are operating in the best interests of the United States, writing down your message and passing it by official courier is just fine. The latter case will be Trump.
OH NOes....it's in Cursive.
Every nation stil uses diplomatic pouches to send and receive sensitive documents and messages between their foreign embassies and diplomatic HQ.
I would like Trump to put in a system where emails and such that would be part of the public records be automatically be archived out of the control of the government officials who create them.
I think since Trump loves being unpredictable, he’s playing with these people.
Yes
You got a great Point! I wouldnt trust ANYTHING Obastard has put in.
Eliminate it and start fresh.
