I would like Trump to put in a system where emails and such that would be part of the public records be automatically be archived out of the control of the government officials who create them.

Very simple to do; worked that way at the state agency I worked for, including personal emails from a company computer.

That would of course require limiting the ability of their hand held devices to send “private” messaging.
