Michael Turner, who said he would not sell fuel to anyone who voted for President-elect Donald Trump, has not been licensed since 2012. SKOWHEGAN A local propane dealer who said in a recent message that he wont sell to anyone who voted for President-elect Donald Trump has been delivering and dispensing gas without a state license for at least two years, state officials said this week.
Michael Turner, who operates of Turner LP Gas Service on Canaan Road, left a message for would-be customers on his companys voice mail, saying If you voted for Donald Trump for president, I will no longer be delivering your gas. Please find someone else. That message was left on a Friday, when the weather was bitterly cold. The message goes on to say that the cost of gas remains $110 a bottle, with payment due on delivery.

Fewer than one hundred customers and he's estimating how many he has? Back in the day when I, a youth, had a paper route I knew exactly how many customers I had at any given time.
Too funny! Turns out he was right - he will no longer be delivering your gas!

Maine is a funny state. Lots of rural people, but a penchant for statism. Ayup, can’t get theyah from heah.
Finally, someone has pulled their head out and is checking out the other side for a change.
Love it!
Wasn’t always that way. 40 years of moon bats moving into the state have radically changed the place.
I can think of two more state licenses , taxidermist and a new one to clean and bleach animal skulls and bones.
Transporting hazardous materials in commercial transit is also heavily regulated and requires training and certification every 3 years per 49CFR.
The fines and penalties for non-compliance can be quite high.
I like this one from The Good Book - “And they that rolleth a stone, it shall return upon them.”
Very good.
Looks like he won’t be selling to any Clinton supporters either.
Jail time, or just a fine?
ALL of them are MOSTLY at remote camps? He not only is a liberal, he doesn't comprehend English very well.
Two Maines...the real one, east of the Kennebec River. The ‘Maine’ to the south and west of the Kennebec is under the thumb of Assachusetts.
