A German security official has told CNN that the suspect involved in Monday's Islamic attacks had been arrested with forged documents in the southern German town of Friedrichshafen in August, on his way to Italy, but was released by a judge under Chancellor Angela Merkel. The suspect also came onto the radar of German police because he was looking for a gun, the official said.
On Monday, the suspect drove a bus drove into a crowd of innocent bystanders shopping in a Christmas market, killing a dozen people and injuring many more. Police had arrested a suspect, a refugee from Pakistan, but soon released the man.
The new suspect emerged after police found documents in the truck belonging to a 24-year-old Tunisian national identified only as Anis A.

When these terrorists, bent on mayhem, get into trouble with the law, look the other way and release them. Check.
When the inevitable happens and they kill a dozen people or more, make excuses and minimize the event as a "one off". Check.
If it pans out that this is the guy, the judge that released him should be removed from the bench, arrested as an accessory and serve his prison sentence in the same cell as his fellow scumbag.
Judge should be sued for millions and taken off the bench.

I think he could NOT be deported because he did NOT have his proper citizenship papers from Tunisia.

According to a reader in the German Newspaper Welt, the terrorist had been in prison in Italy for 4 years, yet was allowed to travel to Germany.
