While we’re waiting, I’ve been wondering if the electoral votes were allocated by Congressional district as Maine and Nebraska do (plus two more for each state depending on which candidate won the popular vote) what the result might have been.
Has anyone seen any calculations along that line??
Not advocating, just asking. Based on the county maps I’ve seen, I would expect Trump’s total to have been even greater.
I wish I knew the answer to that! I am just angry with the Texas voters for being so obnoxious!
I guess if it all came easy, it wouldn’t be worth as much in the long run, huh.
If TX looks like it might go blue in the future I wonder if they will switch to per district EVs before it happens? Otherwise it will make future GOP wins nearly impossible.
