Maybe even pursued for stolen valor.It's worse than that. He formed a non profit corporation to take donations based on his stolen valor. That is a serious felony. He could (and should) be put in prison.
The IRS does not look kindly on Tax Cheats - unless they are illegal aliens.

My effort is stalled. It’s not so easy to find an employer for this guy. He bounces around a lot leading a deceptive life.
