Hillary, November 2016 -- "The election was rigged."
Media, November 2016 -- "You know, she has a good point. We need to make sure these results are overturned."
Great posts. Thank you.
FTA >> Whatever Russias hacking motives, there is no evidence that the emails it turned up were decisive to the election result.
I actually think the emails might have made a difference in the election. I think it is far more likely they came from an inside leak rather than a foreign government. There is plenty of evidence to support this.
What is significant is that the Democrats are complaining about truth. (Whatever happened to the whole “Speaking Truth to Power” meme that they used to be so fond of?)
If the Russians (or anybody) were putting out false information, then we should take steps to counter that. But the Russians exposing the truth? You say this like it’s a bad thing?
Why don’t the Democrats call for an investigation of the major media which is rife with Democrat operatives? The difference between the major media and the leaked emails is that the emails are real. Unlike the news media, the emails (AFAIK) have not been cherry-picked to show only one side of the story.

And have you ever listened to NPR? It’s one huge bash-fest against Trump and conservatives.
Even the entertainment is anti-conservative. The plot lines on most tv shows push the leftwing narrative, the late night comedians regularly mock Trump and conservative causes.
And yet the election was undermined by the truthful leaked emails (which were mostly suppressed and dismissed by the major media). Just goes to show you how powerful truth is!
