Carbs is bad for diabetes. The government has been telling people to eat more carbs for years, then they wonder why everyone has diabetes.
Even the ADA tells people to eat a balanced diet with carbs. Might as well suck a gun barrel for 20 years (it’s a slow death).
Have a brother with type 2. last time I saw him his idiot wife, the nurse, gave him a large piece of pie after dinner. All I could do is shake my head in wonder. Type 2 also killed my father at 70.
