Even the ADA tells people to eat a balanced diet with carbs. Might as well suck a gun barrel for 20 years (it’s a slow death).
Have a brother with type 2. last time I saw him his idiot wife, the nurse, gave him a large piece of pie after dinner. All I could do is shake my head in wonder. Type 2 also killed my father at 70.
I’m the only one in my family that hasn’t gotten diabetes 2, and I think it’s because I eat mostly meat and vegetables, as if I eat too many carbs it messes up my colon.
