The Trump transition team has issued a list of 74 questions for the Energy Department, asking officials there to identify which department employees and contractors have worked on forging an international climate pact as well as domestic efforts to cut the nations carbon output.
The questionnaire requests a list of those individuals who have taken part in international climate talks over the past five years and which programs within DOE are essential to meeting the goals of President Obamas Climate Action Plan.

It looks like he put the “taking names” part of his strategy ahead of the “kicking ass” part.
A minor faux pas for which he can certainly be forgiven...

This is just plain awesome!! Business guy takin names and getting down to business. One of main reasons I & my family voted for Trump. He probably hired capable cabinet members obviously but also ones that said they were on board with working 24/7 to drain the swamp, no vacations and kick butt. Trump said everything would be done quickly. Man I love winning! ! It’s so much WIN!

Imagine Trump meeting with algore to get his recommendations for current staff that would help to advance the global warming. Those people will be at the top of the list for pink slips. The DOE survey will confirm, weed out additional personnel, as well as identify liars to more readily terminate tenured federal employees. Genius.

If one is interested in this story and wants to pay attention, it would be a "Hmm" moment to find out which of the so-far unnamed DoE personnel suddenly, unexpectedly, who woulda thunk:
A) Cash in their retirements
B) Cite any Captain Obvious reason that they are leaving now as opposed to any time in the last 8 years . . .
C) Cite family issues and/or a planned career change in the private sector as to why their just-announced (under the radar, of course) retirement, career-change, etc., is happening now.

With Trump having this kind of influence so soon after the election long before he is even the president, it is hard to imagine the impact he will have when he really gets control. What I am seeing is superhuman, a man who over promises and then over delivers
