In New Mexico we are mourning the death of three young children, boy 5, girl 6, boy 9, who were killed in ambush. Ex-boy friend of mom broke into the house and when the four came home shot the kids and critically wounded the mom who was trying to protect them. Then he shot himself. The police haven't been able to talk with the mother as she is in such critical condition.
These three are the most recent of about 6 or 8 young children who have been killed this year alone due to abuse, road rage, DWI and a drugged-up parent or guardian. One who survived was a young child who was ejected in the car seat onto I-40 when the drunken mom crashed into a bridge barrier but kept on driving. When the cops caught up with her she didn't even know the child was missing. Thanks to a bleeding heart liberal judge, she only gets a year in jail.
So sad, such senseless killing.
Children are bearing the brunt of the lawlessness that has befallen our country.
All of these deaths of children and LEOs just make me sick and are totally uncalled for.
We had an officer shot dead in Tacoma (about 30 miles south of Seattle) a week ago. He had responded to a domestic dispute.
The service will be held in the Tacoma Dome (large place) tomorrow and I heard on the radio that LEOs are coming from all over the country, including NY and Boston.
So sorry to hear about these deaths.
