Washington (CNN)Ohio Gov. John Kasich doesn't want to take Donald Trump's place as President-elect of the United States.
The former Republican presidential candidate, who ran against Trump in the primary, tweeted Tuesday asking that electors in the Electoral College not cast their votes for him when they meet December 19. Kasich tweeted a statement that said, "I am not a candidate for president and ask that electors not vote for me when they gather later this month. Our country had an election and Donald Trump won. The country is divided and there are certainly raw emotions on both sides stemming from the election. But this approach, as well meaning as it is, will only serve to further divide our nation, when unity is what we need."

Kasich is insignificant.
Democrats will do everything they possibly can to obstruct the Trump agenda and divide the nation. If we thought they were bad against George W. Bush, well, we ain’t seen nothing yet.
The dems want a civil war and won’t stop until they get it.
So did two electors in Colo.

Rogue electors brief Clinton camp on anti-Trump plan
At least eight Democratic electors are promising to defect from Clinton and support a
Republican alternative to Trump.
While Trumps lawyers have been working to stymie the recounts, his campaign has
paid little attention to the Electoral College initiative. The same is true of the
Clinton camp. Clinton would need all three recounts to overturn the Election Day
results to get to 270 electoral votes an extremely unlikely scenario.
Recounts aside, theres little incentive for the Clinton camp to become involved with
the anti-Trump effort because it can result only in detracting from her electoral vote total. The only reason to engage at all would be to
support an effort to deny Trump an Electoral College majority.
The Democratic electors have already revealed that theyre close to a consensus pick for
whom they will vote: Ohio Gov. John Kasich.

Yes, the traitorous elector from Texas. (Say that real fast)
He’s lost any future vote from me in any primary for senator or a return as governor. He became creepy.
Why not accept the faithless elector votes, a-Hole? You made yourself their poster boy.
Yes, the one Texas elector that is trying to be an attention whore. (Not the one who at least had the dignity to resign.)
[Don’t cast your vote for me]
He’s just trying to get ahead of the fact that nobody would.
He doesn’t want your vote; just your pancakes.
Democrats may “think” they want a Civil War. - I’m old
enough to remember my grandmother’s words about one of the
worst battles of Civil War 1. SHILOH. Her great grand-
father fought in the Battle of Shiloh. I grew up with my
parents taking me to Shiloh. The Bloody Pond was still
rather dark bloody colored when I was a child from where
the soldiers from both sides washed their wounds. Shiloh
was awful. My great-great grandfather was asked by my
grandmother - “Did you kill anybody?” - “Lord, Izora, it
was such a mess of confusion that I don’t see any way I
kept from killing people at Shiloh!” - He had no slaves;
but YANKEES were down here shooting US and we shot back.
BLOODY POND has faded a lot with time; but you can still
see and feel the death in the place.:o(
LOL, could actually be true.
There would probably have to be an underlying presence of illogical thinking for that to happen though.
And which side are you on, KSick?
Eight democrats have said they were voting for Kasich

They must have a death wish. The hildabeast would have a hit on them in no time.
That one Texas elector indicated he would
Colorado is irrelevant since it voted HRC
Quest for relevancy
Two Colorado presidential electors Tuesday filed a lawsuit in federal court challenging a state law that requires them to vote for the winner of the state’s popular vote. The move is part of the long-shot effort to use the Electoral College vote to block Donald Trump from winning the presidency.
If they win, it is their intent to encourage electors, as a group, of other states to vote for Kasich. Yes, it’s a long shot.
This asshole NEVER SHUTS UP!
