And will be until Judge Goldsmith says it can be stopped.
Just being on a list of possible SCOTUS nominees wouldn’t rise to the level of a sufficient conflict of interest, especially since the list has been out there for a long time and there is no evidence of quid pro quo.
The 6th circuit has instructed Goldsmith to vacate his order if the state courts should direct that the recount be stopped, which is what has now happened.
Thanks, l fear this is the new normal. In Fla 3 Rats just sued for a recount. They are going to turn any election they lose into the hell we went through in Nov/Dec 2000.

I fully agree with you. The only way to deal with folks like this is overwhelming and crushing force. The kind that destroys their will to resist.
If being on that list is sufficient to disqualify a Federal judge from ruling in an election recount case, then Donald Trump should add every Federal judge appointed by Obama to the list.
Actually they told him to “entertain” a motion to change it. He can “entertain” anything Schutte files and take his time before rejecting a motion.
Federal judges are gods, don’t you know?
Clinton is happy with this result. She was not expecting to win the recount, and even if she could flip one, she couldn’t flip all 3. What stopping the recount does is allows her to claim the courts gave the win to DJT. They can then use this to keep the moonbats riled up for the next 4 years.

And this..... candidate Rocky De La Fuente filed his recount petition from Cuba with the help of the state department. He also walked away with $7 million in government funds....

Actually Gill Stein had done us a great favor. Donald Trump will be our president. Gill Stein has given legitimacy to questioning our electoral process that is indeed corrupt via illegal votes, dead votes, illegal immigrant votes, and ballot box stuffing.
She has given Donald Trump the okay to pursue and correct a system that is corrupt. Hillary will not be president and will dwell in obscurity and alcohol until her death.
I agree. She should be forced to personally pay for every cent plus damages. Frankly, most have said she had no standing anywhere from day one. She is an MD and must be mental as she has been running for offices since 2002. She has been a local board member at best. She has never won one damn election.
