It should also be noted that I don't believe anyone has actually asked to be on the list. Donald Trump just compiled it himself.
If being on that list is sufficient to disqualify a Federal judge from ruling in an election recount case, then Donald Trump should add every Federal judge appointed by Obama to the list.
