he may very well try to stall even after the MI Supreme Court affirms the appellate finding.

Did you know he/they locked the courtroom on Sunday night and let not one person in to hear the discussion?

Michigan Atty General is going to go to the (Fed) Court of Appeal to ask that their Temporary Restraining Order (which allowed the recount to continue) be dissolved because Stein lost in State Court.

Right. But there were two hearings this afternoon and the federal court upheld the fed judge from Sunday night.

Ok... so the TRO is lifted... recounts stop. Stein then goes to MI Supreme Court and gets shot down. Game over.

Something tells me Stein is paying more in attorney’s fees and court filing costs than on the recount.

To prevail, she has to show how she would be harmed if the recount was halted. She can’t.

I think the Mi GOP has already begun. But this guy is a major league jerk and he is operating in game play to support his liberal agenda.

So it's not the time to just say Oh Ok, they'll take it back to him and poof, it will all go away.

No one here is celebrating yet. After Goldsmith rules for us then we can celebrate.
