As I see it the 6th circuit runs block n tackle for upcoming overturn by MI SC AND, gives Goldsmith chance to redeem himself (or drink poison). Just gotta hike the ball and execute the play
I’m told that Goldsmith has been instructed by the 6th circuit to vacate his order if the state courts cancel the recount altogether. Stein still has the option of appealing the MI C of A ruling to the MI SC.
