the MI Court of Appeals is a STATE court; the 6th Circuit is a UNITED STATES (FEDERAL) COURT OF APPEALS. The USCA (in either MI or PA) is the route to SCOTUS, which is what Stein is after

I hope Sessions and the new FBI director investigates the hell out of the clearly bogus Detroit ballots. And I’ll be the first to say thanks Stein, you were right all along, Hillary did try to steal the election!

We still have to go back to court, and we are not stopping the recount until then, because, as I keep pointing out here, Goldsmith ruled that the recount had to continue until he said it could stop.

Going to the USSC will not change anything.

All the US District Court ruled was a very narrow ruling, that had nothing to do with the merits of the case.

MI Supreme Court will shoot Stein down.

You can appeal directly from MISC to the SCOTUS if a federal constitutional issue involved.

This is MI state law so the SCOTUS won’t even hear the case.

I just emailed with a former doj lawyer friend. He’s followed this closely and cannot get a grasp right now. His last reply to me- “Who’s on First”??

That's the expectation.

Now, what I think Goldschmidt will do is foot drag until the recount would have ended anyway, like set a date for a hearing on stopping the recount on the 13th or something.

So what will happen then is the AG will go over his head and ask the US Circuit Court above him to dissolve his order.
