Judge schedules hearing for Green Party's Pennsylvania recount push

The Green Party-backed push for a recount of Pennsylvania's presidential election results will get its day in federal court.

U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond on Tuesday ordered a Friday hearing to consider the party's request for a forensic examination of voting machines used across the state and a statewide recount of paper ballots.

The proceeding will take place just five days before the Dec. 13 federal deadline for the state to certify its votes, raising questions over whether that would leave enough time for a thorough examination should the judge allow the recount to proceed.

Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has spearheaded the recount effort in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin - Rust Belt states that provided crucial and narrow victories to President-elect Donald Trump on his march to the White House.

....a liberal lawyer friend who thinks Jill Stein is a flaming idiot....

EVERYONE who knows about Jill Stein, or has seen her ranting videos, knows that she is a flaming idiot!!!!

Because of her “escalating” this fiasco to the Federal level, Stein got to stage a “press conference” in front of Trump Tower. Even though very few people bothered to watch the videos of the “press conference”, Stein has had her “reward”. Besides that, what recount has been done so far has exposed the massive fraud by the Dims in Philly!

Stein should therefore be content to cease and desist from her nonsense, especially after the judge rules against her!!!!

This from the linked article: "Common Pleas Judge Abbe Fletman is expected to rule on Stein's request sometime this week."

Judge Diamond is the one who ordered the hearing to take place, but the judge presiding over this hearing is an open lesbian named Abbe Fletman. Will this decision be made according to the rule of law or decided by her "feelings" about Trump?

If she requires a recount, it cannot be completed in time. Will PA then lose its electoral votes?

What a mess. Thanks to Al Gore and Hillary Clinton.

Liberal judges don’t have to listen to law or reason.

Whatever her ruling is, it will be appealed. The decision will depend upon how many loonies and how many reasonable people are on the appeals court. If Stein loses at that level, she will appeal to SCOTUS where anything can happen.

——The end is in sight.——

Well perhaps there is no real end. Perhaps the result was known from the beginning and an overturn was never expected.

Always asked but never answered is why?

My conclusion, an answer, is the current process is actually an exercise to probe the legal defense of the state to nail down the precedent of the legal process. For example, from the Gore debacle there is a legal record in Florida, a set of precedents, that might be used to exploit the Florida system and legal process by developing and introducing fraud that is acceptable or slips through the precedent in a very close election.

The other important states are being processed to develop precedents that can be studied such that critical precincts can be established to introduce fraud. The current recount is not about the 2016 election, but future elections.

Things are never as they seem

Judge Diamond is a Federal Judge ruling on Stein’s Federal suit in Federal Court...

Common Pleas is a State Court most likely hearing another suit on the State level...

I can guarantee you as a former Fed Criminal Investigator, Federal Judges do not turn their courtrooms over to State judges...
