I think you are right. Trump used the last victory speech to announce Gen. Mattis as SecDefense. I think he will make a habit of announcing big news at his speeches. Will force the media to cover them.

Sam, I’m having the absolute best time.
I rarely, rarely watch any msm anymore..only if i feel like switching briefly. Basically I read the news. Thus, I don’t know if Trump has given any interviews at all since the win.
By that I mean like F&Friends, Hannity or “anyone”.
So I’m having so many giggles at the media trying to “interpret” The Don’s movements, interviews and tweets. Not to mention phone calls...and they miss the mark every time!!!
I sure hope he speaks - would love to hear him. And, as you said, it’ll bring the house down (as if PEOTUS Trump wasn’t enough). Since they’ll be in NC, maybe Diamond & Silk will be there, too - that would be so fun!
