What’s with all the criticism that Donald J. Trump named Dr. Ben Carson Secretary of HUD?
The critics - looking for anything - say he has no experience running a big agency or big business? Huh? Experience? Who do you want running the Agency that was created during LBJ’s Great Society to combat poverty, someone who has run IBM? Exxon? Microsoft? Can you imagine the criticism then? “Rich person who has no idea about poverty in the inner city to run HUD...”
By the way, and while it is admittedly much smaller, Dr. Carson ran a life or death unit at Johns Hopkins as Director of Pediatric Neursosurgy from 1984 to 2013..I think he knows pressure.
And how about real life experience for a job and not just reading about it? I like that and he has that. He was raised very poor by a single mother in an urban city — real life experience for someone who would be later running HUD (HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT!). Real experience is important - beats hearing about it.”

Haha. No just doing the wooden spoons. Got mine today, and I was shocked. They’re big and heavy. They have the risotto spoon that is great. I’m so happy, I feel like going outside and rolling around in the grass like a puppy...!
