Agree.

They are doing like SlingTV, cable and satellite — still bundling. By the time one adds on the various tiers/bundles, their cost is nearing what they are currently paying.

The first one to go completely and fully ala carte could drive the others out of business.

Out of that 100 channels, I might watch 20. But I would still be paying for the other 80.

I have cable TV and Internet. I think I have to have at least basic TV in order to get Internet. I do like cable internet for its stability and speed. I currently get around 50 Mbps and they just upped the data upload/download from about 100 Gb per month to 1 Tb per month.

https://www.cnet.com/news/directv-now-vs-sling-tv-vs-playstation-vue-channels-compared/

Channel list to compare DirecTV Now vs Sling TV vs Playstation Vue.

I already have Sling but I don’t think I’ll switch because 1) it’s not compatible with Roku, 2) the website is not compatible with Firefox and also not compatible with Windows 7.

PSVUE is the best deal of all of them so far. You can also DVR and pause shows included with the service.
