HARRISBURG, Pa. — Green Party-backed voters dropped a court case Saturday night that had sought to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, in what Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein had framed as an effort to explore whether voting machines and systems had been hacked and the election result manipulated.
But later Saturday night, the party announced it’ll go to federal court instead. A statement from the lead lawyer for the recount campaign says it’ll seek an emergency federal court order for the recount. It says barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system isn’t equipped to address them.

Enlightened1, I know where you're coming from, but this has been addressed over and over and the facts are known by people who have been following it.
Fact #1: we already know that illegal votes have been widely used by the criminal Clinton campaign. We also know that they believed their own lies (they really are that dumb) that the phony polls were accurate. They could not see what rational people DID see.
Fact #2: Those 25,000 uncounted votes in a place that is known for cheating were there from before the election. The fact that 20,000 extra votes for the Cretin undoubtedly contain illegal votes. THE DAMN FOOLS DIDN'T STEAL ENOUGH IN THE FACE OF THE TRUMP TSUNAMI!
Fact #3: Those votes were not counted on election night because Trump won too Big League for them to make a difference even if every single one of them went for the skank, and the pressure to call it on election night precluded the full count. That count (accurate though certainly FALSE) was counted when they had the time.
Is it okay to put up those figures that we are sure are partly fraudulent? Absolutely not, but we didn't need to contest it because it doesn't change the electoral count. What we DO need to do is make vote fraud, either by the skank voter (voting multiple times)or the skank counters, punishable by jail time. This would stop the skanks from running buses full of cheats and those who stuff the boxes think a little more about cheating.
Is there an article/source on this 108% finding (shockingly/s, I haven’t seen anything in the MSM about this)? Wondering exactly how this happens (ballot box stuffing is all I can figure)? Not doubting it occurs so much as how to remedy it in the future.

They were absentee ballots from overseas, which means the military. 90% of military votes go to Trump. No way in hell Clinton worn 22 thousand. Fraud.
Even overseas votes most have name and address on them so the votes go to proper precinct. The vote count of 25,000 total were 100% Philly.
But they at least have recent manicures.
Actually correct. Vote totals for Both Trump and Clinton went up, but the difference was larger, i.e. 20,000.
At election to now, Trump went from 2.912 MM to 2.965 MM
Clinton went from 2.844 MM to 2.917 MM
Thus the change from 68 K difference to about 48 K. Some other counties are still tallying their absentee votes, which are going more for Trump.
If these Green retards are so worried about the “integrity” of our elections, why aren’t they pushing for proof of citizenship to register to vote and voter I.D. Hmmmmm? These retards need to go back to their asylums and stop being obnoxious pains in the @$$.

I would think pretty much any Federal court would immediately reject such a request because the issue isn’t ripe for Federal consideration since the plaintiff failed to exhaust all possible State remedies first.
Seeking a Federal court order at this point is nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt, certainly cheaper than actually following the actual Pennsylvania state law that requires a one million dollar bond to proceed, which would of course would be an EXPENSIVE publicity stunt.

this is the dem strategy , The Chester County (PA) Democratic Committee (CCDC) collected enough affidavits to have at least 60% of our precincts recounted. We collected over 400 affidavits in about 3 days to force this recount. An exceptional effort.
This recount is independent of the court-ordered recount that the Stein campaign cancelled. We took our affidavits directly to Voter Services, not the court system. It is being done at no cost to the petitioners. Two officers of the CCDC led this effort with strong support from our Zone Leaders and Committee Persons. It should be noted that we did this as volunteers for the Stein campaign, not for any other political party or organization. We had good support from the Stein campaign who sent two lawyers to Chester County to help us with the legal details.
It should be noted that we have paper ballots in Chester County which are counted by machine. Chester County is one of only 6 or 8 counties in Pennsylvania which vote using paper ballots.

I don’t care where a soldier’s hometown is, Philly included, Clinton is not picking up 22 thousand absentee votes and Trump 0. Not happening. The exact same thing happened four years ago when some Philly district came back that was 100% for Obama, ZERO for Romney. Not happening. This is out-and-out fraud.
I just saw on Twitter that they are obviously still counting in PA and Clinton has now gained 27,000 votes. What’s up with that? I thought they were finished. I realize that the 22,000 were the provisionals and mail-in votes but I thought those were complete.
