Evidently, this is Stein’s request for a statewide recount. She is still pursuing a recount on a county by county basis.

Following the recount in Wisconsin. Honest people there so far. Almost no change to Election Night counts — Trump +7 votes at 330K votes recounted (11.3%). Another bunch will report tonight. Good chance 25% of the state done by tonight.
