HARRISBURG, Pa — (WHTM) According to legal documents, Jill Stein and her campaign failed to post the $1 million bond needed to challenge the election in Pennsylvania. The court proceeding scheduled for Monday has been canceled.

I read it was a $1M bond that had to be filed. The bond cost is a % of that amount and she was claiming to have raised at least $6M, with $3.5M already disbursed to WI (and another $400K owing there).

I have learned that nothing’s ever over in politics. Statists never go away; they just keep coming and coming and coming. They never admit they’re wrong, they never meet you half-way, they never consider non-statist solutions. Everyone with a free-market proposal is reflexively tarred a racist/misogynist. And until now, they’ve never had an opposition with a spine.

Green Party Drops Statewide Pennsylvania Recount
HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – The Green Party is dropping its court case seeking a recount
of Pennsylvania’s Nov. 8 presidential election. It had wanted to explore whether
voting machines and systems had been hacked and the election result manipulated.
The Green Party’s filing came Saturday, saying it couldn’t afford the $1 million bond the
court had set. A Commonwealth Court hearing had been scheduled in the case for Monday,
and the $1 million bond was due later that day.
