BOOM! Rules and regs carrying the weight of law.....uh, no. It's about time these assclowns are reigned in. They don't need an armed contingent either. If they can prove that there is an issue with something, then they can call the local or fed LEOs to assist. Not real sure there is a need for an armed contingent of water testers.

I'm old enough to remember when the primary -- actually, ONLY -- function of the EPA was to produce Woodsy The Owl commercials.

Make it go back to what it was before it was created.

fundamentally reform...

In the same sense that there is revolution and antirevolution, I hope and trust Trump performs an Antifundamental Transformation of political discourse.

Including its demise.

The huge change should be its elimination.

Does this mean all the ammo and guns they bought are going to be for sale at gov auctions?

The shadow government needs to be reined in completely and Congress needs to start doing their damned jobs.

When the EPA is stripped of it's brown-shirt status, I anticipate the transfer of 200,000,000 rounds of ammo back to the market sector will result in 5-cent 9mm, 7.62mm and .223...

That's about the 1995-1997 price when I created my lifetime inventory...

Very good point.
Why the hell does EPA need armed units?
Scuse me. Heavily armed units?
EPA are simple gangsters.

My first change would be that all scientific studies paid for with public money must include the data sets that are used in the study, and any formulas and programming code used to manipulate the data. This alone would wipe out most junk science.

Charles Murray’s book By the People shows the severity of these regulations issued without any Congressional oversight (which is already lax), enforced by administrative courts, deferred to by actual courts if you can afford to appeal to them, and the rules and regulations so complex and onerous that it becomes immorally capricious enforcement.
