So if WI and or MI goes to Hillary what does that do ?

She has to win all three to change the outcome of the election.

Right now it's Trump 306 EV to Hillary's 232.

If the PA news is true, then if Hillary wins MI and WI, the final will be Trump 286 to Hillary's 252. So he still wins.

Not quite:

WI has 10, MI has 16. That’s 26.

If Hillary flips WI and MI (not going to happen) he 306-26=280 she has 232+26=248.
