WI Lawmaker: Dems Are Stalling, Recount Will Not Be Completed, State Will Be Forfeited– Won´t

Wisconsin Representative Sean Duffy (R-WI) went on with Tucker Carlson tonight to discuss the recount in Wisconsin. Duffy said Democrats and far left Green Party supporters are stalling the recount in Dane County Wisconsin, where Madison is located. The county is holding a hand recount. The recount will not be completed by the deadline on December 20th. Therefore, according to Rep. Duffy, the state will quite possibly be forced to forfeit their electoral votes. This was the plan all along. Democrats knew they couldn’t make up 20,000 votes. But they also knew if they stalled on the recount the state

Seems to me that if the recount is not completed, the conclusion is that there is no compelling evidence of voter fraud that has been presented...thus, the original count should stand.

I think you are right, If stuff like this happens the Governor and state legilslature can get involved and have the last say.

I am also pretty sure that if Wisconsin is out of the mix than Trump doesn’t need 270 he needs 270 less 1/2 of Wisconsins number of electors.

Wore my MAGA had grocery shopping this morning. A female soldier was buying 1 or 2 items in front of me. The female cashier said, “I want to pay for this” and took out her own credit card and swiped it for the soldier. When she got to me, first thing she says is, I love your hat. I told her that it was a kind gesture what she did for the soldier.

We then got talking about politics, here in my very blue state. She doesn’t trust the MSM, so she watched the Trump speech last night on the internet. She called the Clintons a mafia, said that Dems couldn’t help themselves from trying to steal the election. All this from a middle-aged grocery store clerk. My heart swelled with pride as I realized that people across the socio-economic spectrum are beginning to understand the lying ways of the Media-Crat complex.

Not gonna happen. The State Supreme Court will not allow the votes of Wisconsin to be disenfranchised. The order will be made to certify the election on the first count.

Haven’t the results already been certified? If so, then if the recount isn’t finished by the deadline, the certification stands, I would think.

Yes, I forgot about that. The SC ruled that counting and recounting just heavily DemocRat areas was unconstitutional and that if Florida wanted a recount, they would have to recount the whole state. The Rats knew that they did not have time to do so and basically gave up knowing that the previous certification would stand if the recount wasn’t finished by the deadline.

And do you suppose the Legislature has thereof directed that electors be appointed before the vote is certified? Or are there two slates of electors appointed? Neither one of those makes sense.
