So, while we understand the heartfelt and strongly-held opinions on both sides of the gun debate, it is with the safety and security of our employees and customers in mind that we respectfully ask people not to bring firearms into our stores, offices or facilities, even in states where its permitted by law. Of course, authorized members of law enforcement are an exception.

See post #67 - they are their ‘dress’ jeans which aren’t really dressy
of course they DO have ones with a crotch gusset so there may be something to the name I was not considering.
And that is my husband’s favorite AC/DC song. He plays it at the bar every time we go play pool with his parents just to embarrass his mother as he dances around the table singing.
I don’t use Levis—I now use sansabelts.
Good thing I saw this. I’ve been wanting to replace my light denim jacket. Will be looking at other brands.
If the anti-Constitutional cretins went out of business this afternoon, the world would keep spinning along just fine.
F'em !
This is why i only buy Carharts.
so many other jean makers. where will i go now for jeans? /s
I made up a sing, although I’ve seen better ones, that I post on the doors of stores like that.
ALL WANNA BE ROBBER TYPES YOU WILL FIND A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT INSIDE THIS STORE. ALL THE GOD FEARIN LEGAL GUN CARRIERS ARE OUT SHOPPING AND SPENDING THEIR MONEY IN OTHER STORES.
Just bought two pairs of Wranglers last week and have been extremely satisfied with their comfort and fit. Their 2nd tier Rustler line is excellent quality, for 1/4 the price of Levis, as well.
All the major department store jeans makers — lee, wrangler, levis, etc. either use slave labor and/or have the worst politics.
These guys — https://www.gusset.com — are high quality, made in the USA, great service. Get on their email mailing list and then wait for a holiday sale before buying, but most comfortable jeans without the garbage politics and forced labor.
Duluth Trading = good stuff. Oh and they have great commercials.
No difference. Think about an apartment lease -- you have all the rights of ownership, including the right to exclude, except for the right to sell the property.
Well, they asked nicely. I won’t say whether I carry or not, but I don’t patronize stores that have told me I can’t come in if I am armed. (Which I may or may not be..I ain’t tellin’)
So, Levi’s Co., Apparently we will no longer be doing any business.
I am sure you won’t mind. And that is your problem, and why your business will tank. Because you DON’T care if you run off a bunch of paying customers.
Yes, because if it is posted it’s on the carrier not to go into the establishment in most states. If it isn’t posted then they can ask you to leave but have to 1) know and 2) actually make the request.
//ou have all the rights of ownership, including the right to exclude, except for the right to sell the property.//
Not necessarily, in leased stores, esp in malls or shopping centers, the property owner, not the store can determine days and times of opening and closing - Utah is a great example of this. I worked for a national chain that was open on Sunday’s except when the property owner would not allow it (like our store and many others in Utah).
It would come down to either statute (rare) or more likely the terms of the lease agreement (if the property owner is smart and has a good attorney).
Yep. Carharts are better quality and less expensive. I get mine at Mills Fleet Farm.

I have been purchasing several hundred dollars worth of clothing in your stores each year. In the future however, you will not need to be concerned about me violating your gun policy, because I will not be shopping in your stores.
Yeah,
I like Girls !
Levi’s has stores?
