Mediaite pulled out the funniest part of Barack Obama’s latest softball interview with Rolling Stone publisher Jann Wenner. When asked about Donald Trump’s victory, he blamed part of it on “Fox News in every bar and restaurant in big chunks of the country.”
Let’s not wait for PolitiFact to judge whether Fox News is actually on the TV set in every bar and restaurant in the red states. (They won’t.) Conservatives on Twitter quickly made several apt points:

Given Trump’s anti-Trump stance that should have helped Clinton. Fox was the sounding board for the GOP-e Never Trump cabal.

Every medical office or facility I visited this past year had CNN or MSNBC on. The truth was being assaulted constantly. I need to start packing ear plugs.

I agree with those who posit that CNN appears in more public places than Fox News, and by a rather large margin.
