HARRISBURG — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein on Monday continued her campaign to contest the election results in three battleground states, filing suit in Pennsylvania seeking a statewide recount.
Legal papers filed in Commonwealth Court by a lawyer for Stein’s campaign contend the Nov. 8 election was “illegal” and the results inaccurate based on research suggesting there might have been irregularities with electronic voting machines, among other evidence.
“Petitioners have grave concerns about the integrity of electronic voting machines used in their districts,” the suit stated.
Though Monday’s petition was filed by 100 Pennsylvania voters, as required by the state’s election law, it is part of Stein’s effort to challenge results in three states that were critical to deciding the presidential election.
Stein’s camp filed a recount petition last week in Wisconsin, and is expected to do so this week Michigan. Clinton lost each of the state by fewer than 100,000 votes. She lost Pennsylvania by about 71,300 votes. As of Monday evening, Stein had raised nearly $6.4 million dollars, covering the costs of recounts in both Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and is close to her total goal of $7 million goal to cover recount costs in Michigan. But when it comes to the Keystone State, it turns out raising the money might have been the easiest step.
As Stein points out herself in a video posted on Sunday, initiating a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s vote is “especially complicated.” Unlike Wisconsin, Stein can’t simply file a direct request for a recount, leaving just two paths for a potential statewide audit.
Stein's lawsuit would have to present evidence that election fraud was probable in Pennsylvania. Democratic Secretary of State Pedro Cortes says there's no evidence of voting irregularities during the Nov. 8 election “Absolutely not,” Cortes told reporters.

That’s the minority theory here. That recounts are actually going to expose Democrat fraud, and that Hillary knows this, and sent her lawyers in to try and prevent this.
Telling an entire state that their vote was “illegal” is not a way to make friends or influence people....it’s a way to make those people steaming mad. Even the thicker PA democrats probably understand this.
WTF is this Stein? If hillary wants a recount let her pony up personally.

If she gets this done she will expose the Democrat Parties cheating in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
By law at least in Wisconsin any candidate has enough standing to ask for a recount just because they were a candidate.
I am saying the dems intentionally created irregularities to make it looks like Republicans (Trump supporters) have committed the fraud.
Hillary alrrady supports this recount so her fingerprints are all over it.

She is quite the attention whore loving her shiny starry moments while they last and collect a few paper greenbacks along the way. She wants to be the grinch who stole the election.

Trump actually gained more votes in WI due to a tabulation error.

What about New Hampshire, Maine, Deleware? Clinton's margins of victory in those States were even closer than Trump's in the 3 States Stein claims to be so concerned about?
Here's a hint for all you lib-lurkers out there or any independents who happen to wander through... Stein is lying. She is being manipulated (maybe willfully) to try to help Clinton steal an election she (Clinton) lost. Yes lost. Don't even start on the popular vote nonesense. One, that's not how our system works, so that argument is pointless. Two, there is evidence of very real voter fraud with many (possibly several million) votes cast for Clinton by people who cannot legally vote. Subtract those, and it is quite likely President-elect Trump also won the popular vote too.
The upshot is, regardless of Stein's lies, this is about trying to change the election result, not about any concern for a fair election. Stein, Clinton, bammy et. al. - all lying POS.
Jill Stein and the Green Party want money for next election cycle.
