Hillary Clinton has never played the board game, Monopoly. How do we know? Because even novice players learn quickly that you always hang on to a get out of jail free card. No matter what. . Clinton had such a card
and has managed to recklessly squander it. So what happens now? Will she draw that other dreaded card: Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $ 200 ? For Clinton, who could face serious criminal jeopardy, this is no game. Post-Election Rapprochement The night Clinton lost the presidency, she telephoned Donald Trump to concede. We now know that it was President Obama who persuaded Clinton to make the gracious concessiccon. Hillary Clintons decision to embrace a challenge to Trumps election is both confounding and inexplicable. Why would she chance angering the very individual who holds her fate in his hands?

A special prosecutor is not needed.
Special prosecutors are for sitting presidents or other members of the executive branch to avoid conflict of interest.
Trump will not need to “pursue” Hillary, because the FBI is already way ahead of him.
cloudmountain :" THEN she became the senator from that same great state. Ain't that enough?
She never had any LEADERSHIP experience. Senators aren't leaders; they are legislators."
Her sole legislative accomplishment in NYS was a renaming of a post office .
Now that's leadership !! ....../s
“Im not convinced shes a particularly bright bulb. What in her 30 years in public service suggests otherwise?”
She failed the DC bar exam - fairly tough to do after a Yale education (of course they didn’t have grades so no telling how well she really did).
As Powell has pointed out - she “screws up” everything she touches. Not bright is an understatement.
For me, Obama pardoning Clinton would be an Obama slap-in-the face of the Clintons, and a sign to all Democrats - YES, she was guilty.
.
I think Trump will want a second term, and without a conviction for Hillary, that will likely be way out of reach.
.
I think she hasn't accepted yet the fact that she's not going to be president... ever. I think when she runs out of ways to try and steal the election back and Trump actually gets past the electoral college vote, she'll finally go over the edge and start going after everyone she thinks screwed it up for her. It could get fun to watch.
A pardon’s a pardon no matter how small,
Yet much worse than jail time awaits each and all.
Hillary is not bright. She only thinks like a criminal.
Given the potential for a law abiding AG, the need for a special prosecutor may not be necessary. In other words, DJT may distance himself from the whole affair and let justice take its course. It would be, and is, unseemly for justice to take on the air of personal vengeance. It is not the place of any President to announce intentions in regard to affairs of this nature. As for the candidate DJT, all is fair in love and war.
She wants to be prosecuted: keeps her in the news.
Ford peering in thru the window...
There is no requirement for an indictment let alone a conviction for a Pardon. The Heritage Foundation has a nice explanation that I posted several times in the past.
A friend of mine, is a retired Special Agent with the Treasury Dept. He is pretty hardcore security, law and order etc.
He thinks by going recount, she turned Trump loose to pursue any and all of her problems, emails, Foundation etc.

He has to pardon her, or better not. This is a real problem for the Obama administration. The only way he can pardon a person for crimes she was never charged or convicted of, is a blanket pardon like the one Ford gave Nixon which covered all crimes during her government service, whatever they were.
But that sets up another greater issue. The secretary of state is aware of all the little secrets hidden in the administration. If anyone within the administration is called to congress, and she is brought before their questions, she cannot plead the 5th. The 5th is established for self incrimination. She cannot be incriminated as she has been alleviated of prosecution or incrimination of all crimes during the period in question. And hitting on “I don’t recall” is setting herself up for perjury. Can we say a rock and a hard place?

[[How can anyone be pardoned without a conviction? What would he be pardoning her from? She hasnt even been charged yet.
A pardon from Obama would be laughable:
-pardon for any future charges of mishandling classified documents?
-pardon for any future charges of aiding and abetting foreign enemies?
-pardon for any future charges of treason?
Any pardon would be admitting she has committed these crimes before she is charged with them.]]
She does not have to be charged to be pardoned.
He can pardon her for everything she has done.
The only thing he can not pardon her for is any future crime.
Expect him to pardon her.
Interesting take. Trump should announce that his justice department will interrogate Clinton regarding corrupt acts by herself and others in the Obama administration.
If I were teaching a college class on “making good decisions in public and private”....I’d pick out her 500 worst decisions and lay them out as a class syllabus. I think if you start already in her teens....you can probably find at least 2,000 screw-ups.
The one thing you have to admire...she just never learned from a single one of these. There are probably a hundred screw-ups that should have sent a normal person into a court-room or jail....yet she kept skating.
