If Stein wins her lawsuit, the ploy will prevent any Wisconsin electoral votes from being cast by the date of electoral college certification, December 13. In the article an Milwaukee election commissioner Albrecht, said it took nearly a month to complete the recount in an April 2011 Wisconsin Supreme Court race. Now there will only be about two weeks to recount more than twice as many ballots and this challenge that will play out across the state.

Trump already gained 440 votes after a tabulation error was found in Oneida County.

Which party is Stein the most anxious to end, anyway? The Dems or the Greens? Perhaps she'll kill two birds with one stone lawsuit.

The aggressive message from WI officials and the GOP should be that Stein, the Green Party, and Hillary are trying to disenfranchise an entire state.

But this means their electoral votes won’t be counted which does NOTHING to help Stein or Hillary. Trump still wins!

Like I said, all down to what judge decides to disenfranchise the voters of Wisconsin.
This is all backed by a machine.

Her agenda is total disruption of the vote. She is a socialist revolutionary exploiting the system by using it against itself.

Her real and true intent is not getting at the truth of the election as she has no chance at anything, it is obfuscation and the destruction of our electoral process. She is a radical leftist commie, as are all “green” fools.

It will go to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, which I expect to strike it down.
To: CedarDave
Does she really think the average American voter is going to be sympathetic to her cause?
If she keeps this up, Wisconsin should be reliably Republican for decades.
