Michigan has NOT been recounted. There were the original unofficial results we saw on election night. Then they counted the provisional ballots once verifying that they are properly able to vote. Then the counties certified official results at the county boards of canvassers. Those are done. The certification is tomorrow and then Stein will make the decision to file for a recount or not.
