No, they picked it first because there's a sucker born every minute and they had to pretend to be doing something to keep the money flowing.

There is no reason in the world why they could not have started the process of petitioning the Courts in MI and PA before the weekend. They haven't filed in either state, and they don't even promise the money raised will be used for the recount effort. Why not?

Think about it ...

Clinton needs to win all three states in order to win the election. There was no reason to bother filing in the states with the later deadlines until they knew that the Wisconsin recount petition was successful.

I agree with you on one thing: This has nothing to do with contesting the results and everything to do with lining the pockets of election lawyers and campaign staff at the expense of stupid, gullible donors. Several leftist websites have been warning their readers not to donate any money to this effort for this very reason. Some of these Democrats are extremely pissed off because they're trying to raise money in a desperate attempt to help the Democrat candidate win the U.S. Senate runoff election in Louisiana, and they think this money would be better spent on that race.

my gut after seeing the clinton crime syndicate work for the better part of 25 years...tells me that the demonrats think they have a media opportunity with Castro dying/thanksgiving news cycle etc to slip all of this stuff under the world news radar!

get down to one electoral voter margin by stauling electors in Pa and then let the chips fall where they may, indtimidation with electors calling political favors payoffs etc.. 'never let a good crisis go to waste' as Fishy says

I am guessing they are stalling deliberately on all of it. Somehow they think waiting will cause Trump to lose or something, if the recounts cannot be completed on time.
