The Commission has received the Stein and Del La Fuente recount petitions. Details and news release posted soon at http://elections.wi.gov .
Under the 12th Amendment, the House would choose from the top three electoral vote receivers for President. That would be Trump, Clinton, and whoever would be third place. The House could not choose anyone else.
“They can choose Bush or Romney or some other establishment republican”
No, they have to choose someone who actually ran (Clinton or Trump). Bush and Romney and all others are not possible.
The House would choose Trump.
praying with out ceasing God will fight our battle. Those who come against God shall not prosper. Staying and resting in the peace of Jesus! Amen! :)
See #166
The electors can not vote on just anyone, it has to be one of the top three candidates who were in the race.
Come on. It’s a scam for her to raise money
This has nothing to do with Stein winning. It’s all about Trump losing to Shillary.
You’re both right.
My mistake.
I’m on a cell phone, so copy/paste is more than I want to do.
However, under original constitution there was no vote for a presidential candidate at all. It was all about voting for electors.
Obviously she’s not interested in her own chances. Cabal of creeps every last one of them.
We can always hope that is the plan. Trouble is they are called Rats for a reason.
Where’s Bernie’s recount?
I think we’re all way past caring what “they” say.
It always amazes me the number of people who hate their own nation.
Like they did in the bid to recall Scott Walker.
Absolutely amen.
We are governed by the Constitution as in force now. Under the original Constitution, only white male land owners could vote, for example.
My thoughts too. To think they kept asking Trump if he would accept the voters choice, and it was Clinton the left who are acting up.
I thought you were responding to #166. However, there is nothing in our current constitution that requires electors to vote for anyone beyond the power of states to control their own electors. Some states do not specifically require fidelity.
5. Extradite him to Russia.
