Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s controversial homebrew email server was the subject of months of debate between Clinton supporters and voters backing President-elect Donald Trump leading up to the election.

Trump supporters’ cries to “Lock her up” reverberated through rallies across the country. And during the second presidential debate, Trump told Clinton, “If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation.”

Fog of war, or maybe the Donald is planning to pursue a Solomonic move in which Hillary is expected to stay on the straight and narrow or else. Let's keep watching this. It doesn't look like Hillary quite gets to happily la-la-la, I-tricked-um into the sunset. It's still possible that pressure through Congress could change the plan, too.

Who is “Horn news”? Excuse me if I take this with a grain of salt. The FBI is investigating the Clinton Foundation. Unless the investigation is spiked they are going to present copious evidence to AG Sessions. The only question is whether he will do what’s right. I believe he will.

An up front prosecution on charges related to the illegal server and Clinton Foundation may be off the table, but the Weiner investigation in trafficking children for sex could eventually pick her up and send her to jail anyway.....

Trump the ideas in the campaign are always defensible; Trump the President or Trump the politician, not necessarily. Reneging on a core campaign promise and a core American value is not defensible.

I was wondering when you would show up after the election with your hot air pontificating. Yes the investigation will take place. Congress said as much. They will have plenty of assistance from the Justice Department. They will then recommend a special prosecutor and one will be appointed.

I just watched Trump's Chief of Staff this throw us under the bus on O'Reilly. He joins Kelly and Conway in confirming that there will be no true investigation in the executive branch. There will be no special prosecutor. The executive branch will certainly accept the conclusion of FBI director Comey as evil and rank criminality triumph.

It's not me "pontificating" these are the voices of Trump, Prevus, and Conway.
