Tuesday on MSNBCs Morning Joe, Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the shows earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her familys charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.
According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady heal."

Obama Admits He “Can’t Pardon” Snowden Before A Trial.

Who's calling the shots, Jared Kushner?
NOT GOOD AT ALL.
This pleases me not at all. Heard a discussion by Beck’s fill-in while looking for Hermann Cain.
The ONLY way I can see President Trump letting her off is by one heckuva Consent Decree.
Another 3D chess move by Trump.
I am not concerned. The NYPD can reopen their case once the FBI hold is off, plus the Foundation investigations are ongoing.
Trump is a strategic thinker and not in the mold of your run-of-the-mill entrenched politician. People need to just chill out and see what he does after January.
What we do NOT want is 2 months of “witch hunt” accusations. He’s put the burden of the pardon on Obama, where it belongs.
No, he’ll pursue charges against the Clinton Foundation.
Hey campy record have some faith.
The move takes the pressure of Obama to pardon as he exits.
After Jan 20 all bets are off.
“However, it would be good though, I think, to drive a stake through her heart. She still can do damage from the peanut gallery.”......
We will not hear the end of the Clinton’s until they are ALL (meaning the ugly daughter included) are 6 feet under. I will wager right now that Chelsa will be seeking a government position in the not to distant future, she is being groomed daily.
I have lots of issues with this.
1. First of all the AG is supposed to be independent which means the President is not supposed to go after his political enemies in the first place. Trump should not have said HE would go after Hillary (if he did) but rather that his AG would pursue any wrongdoing. It is an independent AG’s job.
2. Conway did not use the word “Trump administration” at least in the quote I saw but I see the editor of the article chose to use that phrase. So the article is misleading. The President is not supposed to control who the AG goes after ... or not.
3. Not sure why the Trump spokesperson (Conway) had to say anything about this one way or the other. Now the dems can say Trump just said all those things about Hillary to get elected and now that he has been elected he won’t follow through because there was never anything there in the first place yada yada yada. That’s not me saying it — but that’s what the dems will say and Conway just gave them the opening.
4. Conway just put a political roadblock in front of any attempt by Sessions to prosecute Hillary. Trump has not even become President yet and they can say he is already meddling in the future AG’s job.
5. So Conway is saying some people like Hillary are above the law and we are supposed to feel sorry for Hillary?
Sometimes it is just best to shut up about future prosecutions. This stinks.
Precisely. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The investigations will continue, and at the right time, Trump will “reluctantly” appoint a special prosecutor.
Hard to imagine any kind of political career for her, whether pardoned or not.
I don't think she'll seek political office again. At this point, Hillary considers anything less than the presidency to be beneath her...and that's now gone forever. Even if she were to live long enough to run in 2020, I don't think many Democrats would be willing to give her a third shot at the White House, and the Clintons will no longer have enough clout to bully the party into giving her the nomination again.
Technically, as President he has no authority to pursue it. That is the job of the Justice Department. Sessions will probably pursue it. Maybe Trump can grant clemency. Reduce her sentence from death to life without parole.
Boo Hoo, fry her a liver!
The guy’s a giant blowhard bully who has already lied.
Haha....I’m loving Trump more and more: He hasn’t even taken the oath of office yet and he’s got everyone in a tizzy.....Let the man actually become President and if after 4 years he hasn’t pursued Hillary, THEN we can crucify him....or not if he’s secured the borders, destroyed ISIS, destroyed Political Correctness, fixed the economy, etc...
Yeah but she wouldn't be saying anything like that if Trump hadn't told her to say it. She's a pro, she would know better than to say something like that on her own.
Maybe they're floating it through her to gauge public reaction, but her statement sounds definitive, not just a testing the waters thing.
Looks like all ‘investigations’ are at an end.

“U.S. Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has said he will continue investigating Clinton’s use of a private server.
But Conway indicated Trump would frown on that.
“When the president-elect, who’s also the head of your party now, tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message - tone and content - to the members,” Conway said on MSNBC. “
It’s ok w/me so long as he doesn’t interfere with the congressional investigations. If Trey Gowdy pursues this and requests a special prosecutor I would expect Trump to stay the hell out of the way.
I’m now wondering if Trump has received information regarding Hitlery’s health, and it’s worse than anyone knew. Perhaps she’s not long for the world and launching any new prosecution, only to have her drop dead during the process, would look really bad. He can, however, quietly let the current investigation unfold as his hands are not on it.
This is bad, because it just allows political/powerful criminals to continue knowing they may get away with it.
I suppose God will judge them in the end, we just need to live through the injustice.
