Tuesday on MSNBCs Morning Joe, Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the shows earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her familys charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.
According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady heal."

Trump will not pursue charges but she did not say Trump would stop the investigations that are already on going.
He doesn’t need to pursue it, it is already being persued.
As long as Sessions does ...
I would let her off the hook, until George Soros quits funding and supporting the protest and the rioting that is planned for the inaugural address.
If Trump hints that Hillary is totally safe, and then if Obama goes ahead and pardons Hillary for whatever it makes her look SUPER BAD.
And if Obama does NOT pardon Hillary no need to, right? and if Trumps AG recommends and pursues investigations, then thats just the way it goes, eh?
I see no downside.
First disappointment.
I’m sure it won’t be the last, but we are still better off than if the Wicked Witch of Chappaqua had won.
“suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady heal.”
***
I dont care about that healing’ nonsense. Bring that hag to jail.
Doesn’t mean the few hundred FBI agents throwing up over her deeds may not round up a grand jury to do the job?
Be sure Obama gives her a pardon. Force it!
Lock her up!
It is not the duty of a president to "heal" his former opponent. It is the duty of a president to uphold the law.
I think he know she is not well. He has the inside now, I am pretty sure it’s due to health or mind or both
Head Fake. Everybody needs to take deep breath.
I bellevue the Trump Admin may include Sessions
Session will do what the president tells him to. If President Trump says "drop it" then it's dropped. And it sounds like he's saying "drop it."
You brought up exactly what I thought about this. Another smart move by Trump.

“U.S. Representative Jason Chaffetz, Republican chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has said he will continue investigating Clinton’s use of a private server.
But Conway indicated Trump would frown on that.
“When the president-elect, who’s also the head of your party now, tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message - tone and content - to the members,” Conway said on MSNBC.”
Charges must be pursued. The Clintons are symptomatic of entrenched politicians not being punished for criminal activity. We need an example.
She and Bill can not just walk away. It makes a mockery of the judicial system. However, it looks like Trump is really trying to heal the national wound, somehow, anyhow. That is a LOT more than Barack and the Clintons and their followers did or has been doing. Maybe, just maybe we are finally headed back in the right direction.
.
This is just plain wrong!
Is Trump caving in to a two-tiered society?
