IIRC, the SCOTUS cannot declare a part of the Constitution unconstitutional.............
Says who? We all know that if they can wave their arms the second amendment is gone if they get the five votes. So why not the electoral college? What can anyone do other than ignore them? But that would take courage from congress; have any confidence in that?
