When President Obama leaves the White House this January, his family is expected to become bi-coastal, with homes in both DC and California.
Sources told the New York Post that the Obamas have purchased a home in Rancho Mirage, California.

As far as the Dubai place goes that is debatable. A US Admiral was “retired” within hours of suggesting a Obama connection. It was in the Palm Jumeirah development.

Lets say for the sake of argument they lived while in the WH solely off the proceeds of his book and what she came in with 400k yr can leave you with multi millions if left untouched
400k every year added back in and untouched at a very conservative return of 5% annually and they leave the WH with millions (let’s say north of 6mil). Very doable on a WH salary
Plus the condo in Dubai. Like the Clintons he has mad his presidency pay. His bribes aren’t quite so open and visible but are most likely in certain bank accounts and brokerage accounts in other parts of the world. I am sure he did not just allow the Clintons to amass all that extortion money without getting his cut.
The DOS site doesn't back up your claim. The 2017 budget (tables begin on pp 171) show that Kenya isn't even the largest recipient in Africa - Egypt is. And the aid we give them is more than 80% anti-AIDS funding.
Let alone the absurdity of claiming that we give more aid to Kenya than we do to Israel, Pakistan or Afghanistan.

If you will notice Hillary's book sales have been pathetic and hopefully publishers will have learned their lesson. The speechifying is only lucrative if it is part of a scheme to sell political influence. I am thinking the income earning potential that anyone with a D behind their name has been greatly diminished. For the last eight years Obama’s lifestyle has been subsidized by almost unlimited funds and at some point in the not so distant future some adjustments will have to be made. If these adjustments are not made, it will indicate that Obama has been taking a massive amount of money under the table from various interests.
In six months Obama's legacy will basically have been wiped out. He has ruled largely by the pen with executive orders and through his regulatory agencies such as the EPA. This stuff can be wiped out with a stroke of the pain and a change of leadership in the agencies directed by the executive branch.
Apparently Community Organizing pays better than we thought.
