When I post a picture, I use height and width commands to control its size:

< IMG SRC="image.gif" ALT="some text" WIDTH=50 HEIGHT=33 >

Vs.

< IMG SRC="image.gif" ALT="some text" WIDTH=500 HEIGHT=333 >

I was really looking for an excuse to post a picture of a cute bunny.
