The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has backed away from its earlier accusations against Stephen K. Bannon, stating on its website: “We are not aware of any anti-Semitic statements from Bannon.”

It doesn’t matter because once the accusation is out there liberals will continue to repeat it. Watch.

Joel Pollak is an observant Jew and good friend and former co-worker of Bannon.
He is also a good friend and former researcher of Prof Dershowitz who has also spoken out in support of Bannon.
It appears that ADL supporters in the Jewish community, including some liberals, see Bannon as good for Jews in the US and good for Israel and have come together to apply pressure on the ADL to cease and desist.
ADL’s lawyers have told ‘em that their ass is vulnerable to libel suits by Breitbart and that they should back down.
What happened is all these advocacy groups and the liberal media forgot that this is Donald Trump not you typical Republican, (or they were just testing to see if maybe Trump had morphed after his victory). See normally what would happen is the liberal media would throw out the “race card”, Republicans would rush out to apologize, the target of the attack would quickly withdraw their nomination (after strong pressure from the party) and the liberal media would claim another scalp. This time Trump and his supporters just yawned, and said, “You say Bannon is a racist? Prove it.”

Accusations of Bannon’s alleged anti Semetism came from his ex wife during a nasty divorce. It seems the ADL considered the source and exercised some intellectual honesty.
Bannon does not require senate confirmation
