Complete Headline: The face of defeat: A weary-looking Hillary Clinton makes her first appearance since her concession and admits that 'coming here wasn't the easiest thing for me' and she wanted to 'never leave the house again'
- Hillary Clinton attended the Children's Defense Fund's gala in Washington, D.C on Wednesday evening
- It was the failed presidential candidate's first public appearance since she conceded to Donald Trump a week ago
- She considered cancelling her speech, saying she 'wanted to curl up with a book or our dogs and never leave the house again'
- Said she drew inspiration from the organization's founder and her mentor Marian Wright Edelman, who introduced tonight as the 'people's president'
- Clinton also talked about her mother, Dorothy, who died before her daughter became the Democratic nominee for president
- She tip-toed around her opponent as she delivered her address blocks away from his recently opened hotel and his new home
- Donald Trump did not come up, though she appeared to make reference to him when she speculated about the nation's 'uncertain future'
A weary-looking Hillary Clinton said Wednesday evening at her first public appearance since she conceded to Donald Trump that she considered cancelling her speech to the children's advocacy group but kept the commitment out of respect for her mentor.
'I will admit coming here tonight wasn't the easiest thing for me,' she said at the Children's Defense Fund's gala in Washington, D.C.
The failed presidential candidate said 'there have been a few times this past week when all I wanted to do is just to curl up with a good book or our dogs and never leave the house again.'

“Then the false image of herself collapsed like a house of cards and she fell into a deep depression. Textbook malignant narcissist.”
Obama the narcissist is about to hit this wall. These are good days. God knows we’ve been through enough with these incompetent fools.

Notice how her hair turned grey immediately after she lost the election? Either she’s letting herself go, or she’s an awful cheapskate...

I’m ok with Trump not prosecuting her if it keeps her ugly mug off of the news.

A friend posted on facebook an article about a potential Chelsea and Mr Chelsea indictment for dealings with the Clinton Foundation. Here’s my take on that. She’d be the best one to put in Jail if she can legitimately be proven dirty. Her folks are both on their death beds. I can’t see Crooked for more than another barely functional year then maybe a couple years of total Parkinson’s disability. Bill might have longer but his mind is going fast.

She could just phone it in as sos. Uniparty media programming just cranked out another Madam Secretary every week, and the libs masturbated to it knowing it was supposed to be Hillary.
Just like they jerked off to the west wing and fantasized about a dem lib president during bush ii.

The failed presidential candidate said 'there have been a few times this past week when all I wanted to do is just to curl up with a good book or our dogs and never leave the house again.' No doubt all she WOULD HAVE done had she been elected is curl up with a good book, walk her dogs and never leave the executive mansion ever again. Like Obama, she is lazy and she needs far too much downtime to function in any real capacity for the position she has ALWAYS coveted. Her time is UP.
But really, I don't give a darn what she does with her life as long as I don't have to ever hear her cackle or see her dishonest face again!
