Or, more accurately (according to the story): She uses the title rabbi, although Rabbi Liz Bolton of the Ottawa Reconstructionist Community says Maranta has not been ordained by any recognized rabbinical body.
At one point in the story, Ms. Maranta says 'she has suffered “a lot of verbal abuse” in the past, generally related to her work as a social activist, “but I’ve never had anything like this before.”'
Then, a few sentences later, she says: "There have been no recent threats or sources of conflict," and "I’ve had nothing, so this is just completely out of the blue."
What a pathetic moron. The fact the press even gives an outlet to this crap and suggestion indicates their continued lying motives.

Um...right, a frenzied Trump supporter drove up to Ottowa and spray painted a word I haven’t heard in a couple of decades on the side of a house he somehow knew belonged to a female social activist. Sure. We’ll get right on that one.
