This is a surprise to me. I can think of lots of other people that would seem to better fit the SoS job. However Giuliani does have an engaging personality and good people skills. Perhaps Trump sees that aspect in Giuliani.

Trump said that he would pick South Carolina representative and chairman of the House Select Committee on Benghazi Trey Gowdy as his attorney general. Guess who Gowdy will prosecute? Popcorn and champagne time.
