Donald Trump held 163 rallies through Aug-Sep-Oct-Nov 8. The logistics for such endeavors is off the charts. Rallies conducted at 10:30AM, 1:00PM, 4:00PM, 8:00PM were really a yeoman effort to coordinate, to conduct. He apologized as appropriate, also spending time with people that were 'locked out' of the venue.

Perhaps his campaign was much too ambitious, especially flying to 2-3-4 states on any given day. But the people hung in there...waiting to get in, waiting for his arrival. I did not see any reports of attendees leaving any rally early.
