Do we really need to discourage(Bridgegate) people from blocking a freeway?

A six week federal court trial just wrapped up finding two fired Christie operatives guilty of obstructing traffic on an interstate(Bridgegate). Why isn't this law applied to everyone who breaks it? Just another example of the left's failure to govern fairly.

but i say if the motorist honks horn, does what is reasonable to alert the person they are coming or if possible to try to go around them and the person stays in the way, then the person asked for it.

Most highways have signs you are not allowed to walk on them, no bicycles and such.

If there is a group, the motorist has every right to keep moving, not stop. imho
