I'm not going to mention the parish for fear of retribution but at 5:30 mass this evening our priest, who hails from Ghana, talked about the election being over and the protests which bothered him. "I am not a politician but many people will criticize the new leader and protest the outcome. Why don't we pray one decade of the Rosary every day and ask God to help our new leaders." During the closing prayer he asked for a "peaceful transition of power." Would he have done the same if clinton was elected? All i'll say is there is a growing anger by Catholics in my parish towards clinton.
Catholic priest told me today that I had better not have voted for Clinton.
I said, no Father I voted for Trump.
He said, so did I.
Now we have to keep President-elect Trump in our daily prayers, that the evil in the world does not harm him.
JESUS SAVES, “things” can’t save.
I will post it on a thread.
Look up the definition of the word “prayer.”
Aren't we in pursuit of our creator...our Lord.
Religious men slide into the path because there is power (and wealth) there.
Can't blame them...that's the way the world works.
Lol. I’m sure you claim to be a proud God fearing Christian. .....as you judge everyone else...good luck.
Scum of the earth.
yet you accuse millions of others of being Heretical....God does not look kindly upon those who judge..
Do I?
He leads me into deeper understanding of Himself.
He calls me to examine what I am taught by human leaders.
Take Pope Francis for example. And take all the Protestant Pastors who preach prosperity gospel and other heresies.
