In a fundraising email to supporters Thursday night, Log Cabin Republicans President Gregory T. Angelo (above) claimed his group and only his group can save the LGBT community from President-elect Donald Trump.
Trump has pledged to repeal all of President Barack Obamas executive orders, including those protecting LGBT people. Hes vowed to appoint right-wing Supreme Court justices who could at least partially overturn marriage equality and said hed sign the horrific anti-LGBT First Amendment Defense Act.
Both Trumps transition team and his leaked list of potential cabinet appointees are packed with anti-LGBT extremists in the mold of Vice President-elect Mike Pence. Hate groups including the National Organization for Marriage have already rolled out their agendas for a Trump presidency, and LGBT advocates both in the US and abroad are justifiably terrified. But according to Angelo, everything is under control.

Show me where sex is mentioned anywhere in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, or Bill of Rights.
This isn’t going to be one of Trump’s strong conservative points. He might do away with the transgender bathroom crap, but I don’t think he was with Kim Davis.
Giving special rights to any one group of people is wrong! Forcing one group to cater to another group is communistic.
Closets offer great protection
Sure you do, until and unless you exercise them. (Rights, that is.) If you own a bakery and must decline baking a cake to celebrate a couple dikes pretending to be married, then their rights trump your rights. But as long as you keep your mouth shut, you have rights.
America is not Iran. We don’t elect or condone Christian “mullahs” or religious police to oversee and make sure that people follow the Bible. I don’t go looking for gays nor do I care what they do to each other in their homes or clubs. What I don’t like is when people no matter what they do with their private parts, claim and cry about how they are being suppressed and oppressed while doing what they do inside their $400K condo or 2 million dollar home, while driving their $75K+ sedan and swimming in their $15K pool and eating their $200 restaurant meal while planning their $5k vaction to Tahiti.
They have no “special right” in need of protection.
They want the behavior promoted and endorsed.
Instead we need to attack the child sexual molestation that grows the population of the afflicted.
Trump will protect rights in a sense that 0bama never even aspired to: free speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, all the things enshrined in a Constitution that the Left disdains. Anyone who trusts more in a made-up “liberation” movement than he does in the Constitution is a fool.
Agitprop to try and stay relevant.
(Yes, I’m going to use ALL CAPS in a minute to shout my reply)
THAT’S FINE! BUT TRUMP BETTER MAKE SURE NO ONE IS PUNISHED FOR REFUSING TO MAKE A CAKE OR ANYTHING ELSE! AND GET THE DAMN BRAINWASHING PROPAGANDA OUT OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS! YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE LET US LIVE OURS!
That is all. Thanks for the safe space.
Sorry, but homoFascism is the tip of the leftist spear.
“They seem a bit self centered, I wonder in their opinions do I have any rights?”
No, we “breeders” have no rights. Faggies rule their perverted little world & they demand to rule ours as well.
Rights, yes, preferences, no.
And preferences is what we’ve had. If it’s white and hetero, back of the bus under this administration.
Why should anyone care about the Log Crammin’ Republicans?
I call them the Log-In-Cabin Republicans.
What executive order did Obama sign for homosexuals? I tried to look it up, and the only thing I could find was the one about not hiring companies that weren’t pro-homosexual.
Exactly.
As I recall, the Log Slobbin Republicans announced they weren’t supporting Trump, so they aren’t owed anything.
Some here may not like it, but Trump easily is the most pro-gay GOP candidate we’ve had. That’s why I don’t understand why gays were so against him.
What executive order did Obama sign for homosexuals?

Bathroom law is all I remember, but that’s a big one.
